Welcome to the Flavor Company page. The Flavor Company is a cultural dance performance group based in La Mesa, Ca. We are available for all types of performances, from parties, local community events, retirement home entertainment, 5K events, and more. If there is a dance performer locked inside of you waiting to get out, The Flavor Company is an inclusive group, open to people of all ages and dance ability. Parades and Community Events
Flavor Co. loves to stay part of the community. This is Flavor Co. at the 2017 July 4th Parade in Coronado. Flavor Co. Flavor Co. is home based in La Mesa and also participates in many local La Mesa events.
Retirement Communities

5K/Marathon Events
Flavor Co. is regularly hired to perform at 5K, half marathon, and full marathon events. It is a great way to be part of the community. If you like to dance for your exercise instead of running, joining The Flavor Co. might be just for you.
